CMC’s management team monitors winter weather conditions twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and we have the fleet of trucks and machinery necessary to make snow removal simple. We place plow trucks and pay loaders at our clients’ parking lots priors to any snow event. Salt trucks are loaded and ready to be dispatched for any type of conditions. Ice Management
When the weather is unforgiving during the winter months there is a need to apply substances like calcium chloride or salt, to the parking lot and sidewalks even after your property has been plowed and cleared. Those substances melt ice and keep the area dry, therefore, preventing ice from building up. This maintenance of your property will ensure that your employees and customers remain safe and secure. while limiting the chance or accidents and insurance claims on your property.
